Wednesday LOL

It was six in the morning when I wake up, I ate breakfast and I pack up things for school. It was my usual day as I attend my NSTP - subject, At 7:50 I arrived at school, I join up with my other classmates, 8 in the morning our call time but because of chit chatting we didn't notice the time flew away. It was 8:15 when we went into HRM building (AJ, Rens, Laine, Alex and Me.) Were sitted in the right wing of the room, laughing and doing nonsensical things. We find nstp boring I would describe it as " sleeping subject".

As I observe the sitting arrangement, I saw something unexpected and yet I want to expect, I saw an angel I was shock in no time, there are hundreds of sit there and it was purely coincidence for me to saw her row'ed in my seat. I spend the morning with disturbance in my sight until today I cannot barely see her face. Just today I love Wednesday.

Observation

A lot of Filipino often make mistake of exchanging the use of common and some popular proper noun. Here are some examples.

Diaper = Pampers

"May tinda po ba kayo ng pampers? Yung EQ "

Photocopy = Xerox

"Tara! pa Xerox tayo doon!."

Funny to think of it but that's Filipino way :)

Whoa! New morning !

It was the birds chirping woke me up. Saturday in the morning when I noticed something, something different from what I used to be. The heaven cries and the breeze of air feels good. It was raining, "ah morning rain huh?" I said. I rush into the bathroom to take a bath, I feel the chill of water. It was just a minute when I finished my bath and now I'm preparing for my breakfast, It wasn't that bad eating fried rice with salted fish while having a glass of hot chocolate drink. I took a jog in this morning it was the morning breeze that actually boost me up, I didn't care about the rain I just jog and jog until I feel bored.

Twelve in the noon when I was writing this one, it is my first time to write these kind of note. I just feel the positive aura here and I am happy to felt that. I feel that I will have a good week. :)

not so happy

Undisputed noise suddenly comes into my ears hearing it annoys me. Five in the morning it was my sister who was ranting like nowhere it was about the fan where supposed to be in their room but she failed to see fan in their room, her ranting doesn’t stop there she was also saying like “ Bakit na iinitan yung mga bata, bakit walang electric fan?! Sila nga nag babayad ng kuryente, ganyan pa mga ugali nyo!? Ang kakapal naman ng muka nyo?!” (Why do the children doesn’t have more electric fan? Did you not know that it was hot?! They pay your electric bills and yet you show nothing in return?! Effrontery! )

It doesn’t stop there, she upbraid that “ about the money money money and money the way she budgets all about money.” That makes me answering her saying “Bakit pati ako nasama dyan? Alam ko may electric fan naman, tsaka Bakit nanaman nasama yung pera dyan!?”(Why did you also scolded me? As far as I know there was a fan also what is the connection between money and the fan!?) I didn’t know where the other fan went the night before they sleep but as far as I know there was a wall fan in their room but she said ”that wasn’t enough my kids, they shouldn’t feel any warm”. She insists that I should blame my brother not her because of his negligence of not putting the fan inside the room after drinking alcoholic beverages. Yet she also scolded ME as if I know where that fan went. It was all about the fan and her heroine for us. For me she does not have the right to generalize people generalizing makes judging innocent.

One thing is for sure there will be no working student I will earn and save first before going to college and that’s life I will accept it positively. I cannot accept any help from her she’s way too proud for herself, she even cannot accept our imperfection, comparing her high school days with us. If she can manage to say that things, what more if I’m studying because of her help? I can’t really imagine. L Who knows? I know God will.

Yes I feel the ambience ^^,

Listening in a music really makes my day complete, adding my niece helping us here in house that makes perfect. As days passing by the school days are coming, I want to go to school badly but I don't know if that would be good since my mother doesn't yet have a permanent work, what I think here is that If I could go to work while studying which is hard, but good for both of me and my mom. I feel nothing but eagerness, eagerness to study which makes me think positively. Let's see if I could make sense. Good day :)

Simmering - Frying A Delicious combo!

These past few days my tongue gets out of appetite because of repeating viand so for a change I took some advice from a friend to enjoy fried red meats and chicken products. He told me about Simmering. What is Simmering/stewing? Simmering/stewing is similar to boiling but the temperature of water should be less than boiling point. Simmering the chicken,meat products together with spices before frying it would definitely enhance the taste of your viand.

The process was so simple.

1st prepare your needed spices and products namely:

vinegar 6 ounces

salt 3 tablespoons

ginger 1pc minced

onion 1pc diced

garlic 5 clover

fish sauce 6 tablespoons

fresh water 6 glasses

chicken/pork 1 kg

Comment:

You could actually adjust your preference and add whether you like more salty or sour taste according in putting spices.

2nd simmering

Put the spices in the pot together with the pork/chicken and water.

The fire should be in very low.

Wait from 10 - 15minutes.

Get the chicken/pork and let it be cool for about 2 - 3minutes.

3rd frying

Get a pan or a wok, be ready to deep fry (honestly I am afraid of oil :)

Fry the chicken/pork until crispy golden brown.

Use paper tissue to remove excess oil from the chicken/pork.

You could put some side dish like sliced carrots or cabbage with mayonnaise.

Viola and there you have it~! Our simmered - fried chicken/pork. Bon appetite.

Simply as may it seems for an amateur cook but for me as a beginner, I find it hard to fry with the spoiling of oil. Honestly while frying I am afraid of the sound coming from the fry center, And just as I avoid the spoiling of oil from the pan, my friends laugh at me for they say that I looked like a child in cooking, well at least I've done preparing it and as I do love to eat my own cooked food. Just as I type this ending remark I remember the word of wisdom in the movie ratatouille : "Anyone can cook" just as I did.

Choosing The Right Candidate

Choosing our public servant is not easy as it seems, there you can be influenced by their track record, tv ads, bribe etc etc. We have our time to choose, we should think for the best and not for worst. Here are some questions that we should consider in choosing right candidates.

Does this candidate can actually lead our country into success?

Do you really want a change?

Do you really want a change in our government?

If he has been elected, will he do his/her duty honestly and actively?

Does he/she cheat?

Does he/she violate the campaign period law? even with the simplest?

Do I really want to vote him/her?

If he/she is being re- elect did he/she do his/her duty well?

Makes sense does it? Voting for a candidate running for a president whom only consider others opinion is most likely will not fit for a presidential position for he/she doesn't possess political will. For others they don't care about voting and they say that "that's fine it was only my ONE vote I would vote to whom who will buy my vote " Hey! don't get me wrong but do you really have any conscience? Do you really want that candidate to run your country/city/town with that kind of method? Think think and think!! wake up folks! for they will simply just steal our public funds when they get elected for them to recover their campaign expenses and to furthermore corrupt.

There are so many questions to be questioned and yet to be answered. If you're going to vote don't forget to think of God, Country, and us Filipinos. Nowadays Filipinos seems to learn and yet others don't want to. Our the future lies within our vote. Choose and Vote wisely!
